Welcome to the Clemson University iLAB Core facility service portal!
URGENT: Due to a change in SSO/IDP settings implemented by Clemson Network Operations, normal iLab access via Shibboleth IDP (Duo) will be temporarily disrupted starting October 30, 2023. Users have been notified of this change, and may refer to the instructions below to access their iLab profiles and core facility equipment schedules/requests:
- When you sign into iLab following our normal url (clemson.ilab.agilent.com), click on “login”
- Please select “Login using iLab credentials” under the second option, “Not a Clemson University user?” DO NOT use your regular Clemson credentials, as this will take you to Duo (Shibboleth)!

- For your username, type in your Clemson email address. Make sure that you only use @clemson.edu. DO NOT use a “g.clemson.edu” email address. So, for example, if your email address is person@g.clemson.edu, please use person@clemson.edu instead for the username.
- Click “reset password”
- Type in your email (@clemson.edu) for the username.
- Select “Not a Robot”
- An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the reset link in the email. This should take you to an iLab password reset page.
- Type in a new password using the following password rules:

- Login to iLab using your iLab credentials (email address and new password). Your iLab page should appear as it normally does.
